Digital scramble

Premiere 25.1

iMac OS 14.6.1

While working on the video effects of a clip - ultra key, opacity mask...etc, the program monitor will have a striated digital scramble that flutters, and after a while corrects itself.  This happens often.  I have plenty of memory assigned to Premiere, GPU Accelerator is selected, cache has been cleaned repeatedly, content has been reopenend in new project and new sequence.

Any thoughts?

    I upgraded to Sequioa 15.2 and the issue went away.
