Direct 2D drawbot error. HRESULT -2005270523

Unsure why this keepes happening? Nearly two weeks now Premiere Pro has been unsuable for me. Drivers are all up to date, the app is updated. GPU accelerator is turned off. Adobe support had a look for me and said app was crashing because files were not downloaded locally. Well unfortunatley I stil can't even import media to start a project without the app crashing and showing this error. I love Adobe but being unable to edit for two weeks has been awful.

    Welcome to the Premiere Pro forums and sorry for the frustration. We need a few more details to help with the issue. Can you confirm your operating system, hardware specs, and the 2025 Premiere Pro version number and build you are using (25.#)? Please see, How do I write a bug report?

    Is there any action or any process you can see happening at all that is leading up to the crash?
