"Disk error" showing up for wrong hard drive - Project scratch disks all set to different drive

I'm getting "A disk error occurred while attempting to write..."

The thing is, it's trying to write to AppData\Roaming on my OS's hard drive.  But I have all of the scratch disks set to a different (much bigger) drive.

Any idea how I can correct this?
