Display Color Management Problem

I have an ASUS ProArt DisplayHDR 1000 display that I'm using in HDR mode.  I want to produce HDR videos.  I checked Display Color Management to get the colors to look correct.  The issue I'm having is randomly getting glitches across the screen occasionally.  They look to be grey and are about an inch in width most of the time occurring about a quarter of the way down the screen.  I use an Nvidia Quadro RTX A4000 video card with driver version R535 U2 (536.25) which is the latest version.  Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this?

Yes HDR Mode in the Windows Display Settings.  I have attached a video that shows it.  Just ignore the background noise.  It happens no matter which clip is loaded in Premier.  No this does not happen when I'm outside of HDR mode or when I have Display Color Management unchecked in Premiere.  Sorry, but I only found out I needed Display Color Management checked after I have upgraded to this driver.  I know the last driver I used caused a warning to come up on launch of Premiere.

@lvthunder Thank you for reaching out. By HDR mode, are you referring to the the HDR settings in Win Display Settings? Any chance you have a recording or image that captures the glitch? Does it appear more like a color shift or garbage pixels? Does it happen to many different footages? Does it happen without HDR mode? Your graphics driver is relatively new, do you recall it happen prior to driver update?
