Display issue with imported videos and rendered elements

Good afternoon, ever since I updated to 2019, I have had problems whenever I import videos or render them.

If I import videos they change color to this weird, green background with purple and black too.  The pictures attached are: the video itself and what it's supposed to look like and what the video looks like in Premiere when I bring it into the project.  I can't color correct these videos if they look like this obviously.  I was wondering if there is anything that I can do.  Thank you and have a great day.
