Display Offline / Missing Footage Search Keyword or Technique

How do I get Premiere Pro to show me all the files in the project that are offline and not connected?

If I type “missing” in the search field in After Effects, it will solo display all assets that are not linked to files.   A search of this forum suggests I can do something similar in Premiere Pro with the keyword “offline” ... but while my project does solo down to just a few files, they are in no way the full list of files not linked.    In fact, NONE of the footage is linked, (I deliberately disconnected the drive that has the videos to test this) - so ALL of them should be showing up when I type “offline”, but they're not.    So I feel like I can’t depend on “offline” to show me a comprehensive list of unconnected media.   (I tried the word “missing” as well, but that doesn’t show anything at all..)

What am I not doing right here?

Later I found this video..

...showing a possible solution - creating a Search Bin - but this process still only shows the same 4 files that the search term “offline” filtered down to.  Yet if I add the Metadata column of Status to my project, every file is labeled offline (which is true because A) the timeline is full of red, media-offline slates and B) the drive the files are on is not connected)

So again, why can I not get list all of the offline files when either searching with the search bar, or with a Search Bin?
