Displaying Date and Time Stamp

Hi I received a video from a go pro. Now for research question I had to add the time when the video was filmed. But there are some problems.

-The video go at 30 frame per second and the camera made a photo every second. That mean, if I understood good, that 1 second in the video is 30 second in the moment when the video was filmed. 

So I have to add the real hours that where when the film was filmed, that mean that the clock should go faster than the video.

I saw that in premiere that is not possible to do. Can be added a timecode but is not  what I want. 

Does anyone have idea on how to solve that problem?
