Displaying Speaker information after speech to text transcription

I am working with the new speech to text feature.  My audio tracks are tagged as dialogue.  I have had Premier Pro transcribe my video (fantastic job) and allowed it to identify by speaker.  I then went in and renamed each speaker from the default "speaker 1," "Speaker 2," etc and it succesfully shows who is speaking.  The problem is if I export the transcript file, it does not export with who is speaking.  When I create captions, it does not bring the speaker information over.  

First question, does anyone know where the sensei derived transcript file is stored?  Second, does anyone know how to do anything useful with the speaker information outside of premier pro such as having it display in captions, export to .srt or .txt file?

FYI, contacting adobe support chat on this issue was an exercise in futility.
