Distortion Bug when using the Zoom feature in preview in MacBook Pro 16'

Hello,

 

I had this issue in After effects and it has since been resolved - Link for reference: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects/after-effects-static-playback-in-macos/m-p/10874916#M102352

 

However, the issue still remains in Premiere Pro on the 2019 16" Macbook Pro.

 

Whenever I use anything other than 'Fit' it will show the following distorted image (attached).

 

All Adobe CC software is on auto-update.

 

I've also switched from Metal to Cuda with no change.
