Hi guys, hoping someone can help.

Running Premiere Pro CC 12.0 which will not recognise any .MOV files captured with my DJI Drone.  have previously edited MOV files from same drone using PPCC no problem but not working with the new update.

Any help and advice will be very much appreciated.

PF.

I'm having the same issue. MOV files not importing except a couple of them. The new codec used on DJI Mavic 2 Pro is H265 (hvc1 codec). Not sure why. Mac finder giving an error message when trying to change the file type. Why does Premiere have so many problems with Quicktime all of a sudden? I had to back track from the latest version to 12.0 to get mp4 files to import. This is so frustrating.

Hey PaulFarris,

Are you on Windows or Mac? Can you provide a sample file for testing?

Thanks,

Rameez

Just to speed up the playing videos during my Premiere project, I changed my mp4 videos extension to MOV, worked good, but exported video didn't play on TV.... (played fine on laptop). Now re-renamed MOV extension to mp4, but now the exported video plays on TV only when I chose FACEBOOK 720 codec... No other tried setting works... Any help please?
