DJI Mimo App footage not working in Premiere

Hi there! I shot a bunch of footage on an iPhone 11 Pro using the DJI Osmo 3 in conjunction with the Mimo app which lets you control the gimble while shooting.

i set it at 24 FPS, 4K.

The footage will not stay in sync in Premiere (I am updated to the newest version of Premiere and encoder). I tried converting the footage to ProRes using Adobe Media Encoder and I'm having the same issue. Of course DJI has been no help. Does anyone have any ideas? This was amazing footage, and I'd love to be able to assemble it into something nice.
Thanks!

Guessing the footage is variable framerate. Premiere does not handle that very well.

Convert with Handbrake (AME is of no use in this case) to constant framerate.
