Does Premier allow for TBs of cloud sharing?

I'm shooting a lot with large 4k files. I need to be able to upload TBs to the cloud so my editor can work with these files. Does Adobe provide a cloud solution where the editor can work with these file while there in the cloud and I still have access to the project?

Adobe's CC cloud is capable of handling things like backup storage of project files and app preferences, the Libraries used within the apps, that sort of thing. It's not designed with the throughput that would be needed for working with cloud storage of video media.

They do have both the Team Projects form of Premiere Pro, and the Productions model, which allow for mulitple editors working within the same project (Team Projects) and project groupings as done with the Productions model.

In Team projects, the project file lives on their cloud, not your local system. Productions needs to be "local" ... but under certain circumstances can be cloud based ... with fast enough connections.

So with Team projects, you can work with the editors all having local access to media (by however you get it to them) and the project shared out on the CC Cloud. Fairly easy to get going, and there is a Team Projects forum "here" on the Adobe forum system.

I have a partner in Cape Town, SA ... I'm in Oregon. We've done TP work with dropboxing the files to each other and the TP in the Cloud.

We've also now gone to using the LucidLink file transport services, which ... is amazing. Our shared media and projects live on Amazon S3 servers in London. LucidLink setp up a 'virtual drive' on our local machines. As far as our computers are concerned, those files are "local".

Mo can drop a folder of media on his virtual drive in Cape Town. In seconds, that folder appears on my rig. And shortly after that, filenames appear. I can import them to Premiere, and start dragging/dropping media onto a timeline.

Now ... smaller files work better for that. Massive files ... it's better to fully download the file. But still, we're working projects between Oregon and Cape Town. Daily.

@Bruce Bullis is maybe a good staffer to bring on. Or ... ask questions in the Team Projects forum.

Your post seems correct to me; CC is good at managing .prproj and side files, but for massive shared media management, you'd want either something like LucidLink, or an actual MAM system.
