Does the anti flicker work in trial version

I installed the trial version of Adobe premier pro CC 2017 and in its description I read that it comes with all features. However, I found that the anti-flicker filter is not working. I saw similar question in forum but nobody answered this complain? I called the support and I was told that the anti-flicker doesn't work in the trial version which is in conflict with the statement on your website. Take a look at here:Free Premiere Pro | Download Adobe Premiere Pro CC full version

Can somebody clarify what's going on?

The native effect wasn't made for this issue.  You'll need a plug-in.

I have also found DA's offering quite effective.

Trial version is fully functional except for the codec mentioned by Jim.

How are you using the anti flicker filter?

I have a footage taken from a color changing LED light and has strong flickers. I follow the instruction to apply the filter. here is the link of instruction: Eliminate flicker in Premiere Pro

I played with the sensitivity but it has no effect whatsoever...seems like this function doesn't do anything...I tried flicker free plugin from digital anarchy and it worked but I am surprised that Adobe anti-flicker is not working?

The anti flicker filter is for reducing interlaced artifacts such as thin lines much narrow then the tv scan line.

DEflicker from RE Vision effect might work.

The only things I'm aware of that don't work in the trial are H.265 and Dolby encoded sound, both of which need to install an additional codec to function.

It's possible that effect just isn't very effective on your footage.
