So nothing I click on registers until I either move the window, or click on a drop down menu from the top. Driving me crazy! Attached a screen video as an example, I have tried a full uninstall of all adobe, including using its 'adobe clean' (I think that is what it was called, but still doing it), happening when i'm editing 4k H.264 from my Z-cam M4, weirdly not a problem on my H.254 from my Sony A6500.

System:

AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1920X 12-Core CPU

32GB DDR4 3000MHz

NVIDIA BeForce GTX1070

working from M.2 1tb

all drivers and version are 100% upto date.

1) Make sure that G-Sync is OFF in NVidia control panel

2) Try to reset workspace: Window > Workspaces > Reset to saved layout

3) Try to turn off Hardware accelerated DECoding in Preferences > Media...  It's recommended to clean media cache each time you change that settings,  or after any app update. Close PP and manually clean media cache (goto  %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common  and clean/delete folders Media Cache, Media Cache Files, PTX, Peak Files)
