Don´t save imported presets Bug

Hi ,when I import presets into premiere pro and it doesn't keep the location for me, but if move the preset to folder it saves, but don´t saves the intire pack.

When I leave the project, I have to import again, is there a way to solve this? Thanks

ps: i did the reset but don´t works and i tried diferent types but is the same

blurs, zoom etc

it is resolve i contact the support and they helpe me.

i change the nome folder in the app data folder of premiere to old premiere folder and it work
