Downgrade Premiere Pro

I work with people who can't upgrade to PR 2023 or 2022, and have to use 2021.

I had until now, but I automatically upgraded to 2023 and now I can't use 2021.

The ban symbol appears over the Premiere icon (happens in AE too) and I can't open it.

 

When I tried the following error appeared:

I can't open the "Adobe Premiere Pro 2021" app because it may be corrupted or incomplete.

    Sorry, I should have noticed you were asking for 2021 version.

    Older versions are available by choosing "Learn More", which appears when you hover to the left of the open button for Premiere. From there, choose the 3 dots beside the Open button, and you should be given options for previous versions, 

     

    You might want to uninstall all the other versions first.

    But PR 2021 doesn't apears. Only 2022 and 2023.
