Hi,

My processor does not support AVX2 and I cannot install Adobe Premiere Pro. Even if in the preferences I activate show the oldest applications it does not work the option remains disabled. And obviously neither does media encoder.

Will it be possible to send me links to old versions with my equipment??

I don’t think Support will supply old versions any longer.

Please post what they say.

try to contact Adobe Care, explain your need, done it before and they sent me an older version download link for certain kinds of projects: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
