Download Sound Effects directly onto timeline like in Adobe Rush

Is there a panel in Adobe Primiere Pro where ican also download sound effects directly into the timeline? 
I just found a panel with royalty free music, but no with sound effects, like wind etc. or am i missing something?

    The Essential Sound Panel has a browse tab, where you can link to Adobe stock music. Some free, most not. 

     

    Other than that, you need to download the clips and add them to the project. There aren't any in-app panels for this. There might be a plugin somewhere that could do so though ...
