Downloading a older version of premiere pro

Does anyone know how to download premiere pro version 22.5.0 on the creative cloud app it only goes down to the 2023 versions the the 2022 versions

Has anyone been able to have Adobe give them a link to a previous version of Premiere that is no longer available?
