DPI Settings on two displays

Hey Everybody,

I hope you can help me! First of all, I searched now for days for a good solution and also asked the Adobe Support for help.

I have two different FHD-Displays. One is smaller and need to be scaled at 150% percent so that I can see something. This is the screen where I want to have my timeline window. The main screen is scaled at 100% in windows. 

Everytime I scaled the second display, the UI of Premiere Pro gets blurry. I tried a lot, also the High DPI Settings of windows. But nothing helped.

Either I scale my second display to 100% (what is to small for my eyes) or I scale it to 150% and get eye pain and think I need glasses.

Please help!
