Drag and drop footage from within Premiere Pro onto a panel in Premiere PRo

Hello, 

I'm developing a panel in Premiere Pro and I'm trying to drag and drop footage from within the project (I've attached a screenshot below of where I'm trying to get them from, but I'm also open to pulling them from Media Browser) onto the panel.  Unfortunately the best I can do right now is to upload files from outside of Premiere Pro (from File Explorer for example).  

Is there anyway to do this?
