Drag to Timeline Issue since updating to v14.5

Problems with dragging to timeline since updating, simply will not drag, will insert from preview window.

However once on timeline cannot drag to any other tracks, have checked all other usual problems to make sure.

Its definitely the update that is causing this, please fix ASAP!
