Dragging a clip head or tail causes crash every time

macOS 12.6.6

Every time I drag the head or tail of a clip in the timeline, PP beachaballs and I need to restart.   Completely repeatable.   I've held down option key and reset it to default to no effect.   Every time.

    This is horrible and unacceptable, we have the same problem. I'm stuck in the midle of a project, all ready we have lost one week of work. We rollback to 23.0 and now media is pending and playback is imposible. This is a nightmare.

      We have the same problem every time, can't edit anymore, hopping rolling back to 23.3 solves the problem.
