Draw Circle by mouse tracking

Hi everyone,

is it possible in adobe premiere pro cc to draw a circle in the video with your mouse? By "drawing a circle with your mouse" I mean it the way, just like you would draw a line in "Paint". You click and you draw a line or whatever. In the video it should appear animated. Is that possible? If so, how? Thanks in advance
