Driver Crash - Able to Replicate

This occurs when you are using Premier Pro and you have a file explorer window open and you attempt to close the window.
Steps to replicate (using 2 monitors)
1: Have premier pro as your focus on main monitor.
2: Have a windows explorer open on secondary monitor.
3: Without first selecting the file explorer on 2nd monitor, just mouse over and hit X (computer still registers Premier Pro as focus)

This will causing a driver crash and proceed to close all windows file explorers and make you restart Premier Pro to continue.

This has been an issue for quite some time and is NOT dependent on driver update version (has happened through multiple versions of both NVIDIA Studio Drives and Game Ready Drivers). Standard troubleshooting steps such as clearing cache and GPU settings also do not seem to change the issue. Happened both on Windows 10 systems AND Windows 11 systems.
