Drone footage skipping in exported mp4 file

Hello,

I have video sequence comprised of video from an iphone and also a drone. When I export the video as an .mp4 file, the drone footage comes out skippy and is not smooth. It's like it's stuck on frames. The rest of the video is fine. When I play the video in the sequance bar everything is smooth. Not sure if I need to make adjustments in the export settings? Please help!

As per the suggestion by Ann Bens:

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot the properties of your media (both the iPhone and drone footage) in tree view:

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Hand brake to convert to constant frame rate:

Uncheck Use maximim render quality.  You don't need it.

Try turning off Hardware encoding.

If the footage is variable framerate convert to constant framerate with Handbrake before bringing into Premiere.
