Drone sequence showing a tracked area outline...

Hi there, I have some drone footage of some land.

What I'd like to do is to add an outline with a colour stroke to a specific piece of land so that it moves as the drone moves, to emphasise the land available.

I can find tutorials in Final Cut and After Effects however I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction or know of any way I can achieve this in Premier Pro? Many thanks for any help!
