Drop Images and Videos into Frames in Premiere Pro

Hello, I wanted to know if anyone knows where I can look to add rectangle or circular frames into my workspace so I can drop in images and videos. For example, in Photoshop there's the circle and rectangle frame tool where you can drop in photos into the frame and you can adjust the photo within the frame. Does Premiere Pro have the same feature as in Photoshop?

Check the Essential Graphics Panel. You can create shapes in that, set thickness of border, shadows, strokes, place on a higher track. Leave the center unfilled and the lower track image will show through.

Well, I know about that feature, but I'm speaking regarding shape frames and inserting images and videos into the frames, not related to the Essential Graphics Panel.

In the Effect Controls panel you can apply a mask to the opacity of the video.
