Dual monitor

Hey guys so i have a dual monitor setup and my project is stuck on my 2nd monitor which is to my left and i've been breaking my neck trying to edit and i'm tired and just want to be able to move them back and forth as i please again someone please help :'(

What do you mean stuck on your 2nd monitor? You on Mac or PC?

So i'm on PC , i have 2 monitors and for some reason my project screen is stuck on my left monitor. It doesn't give me a X - + box thing to either exit out minus the project or enlarge proj . and also when i try to grab project from the white bar up top to drag it onto my other monitor it does not move and i've been breaking my neck for the past week and a half trying to get some work done
