Dual Monitor Playback Toggle Bind

I'm running a 3 monitor setup.

My tools, timeline, video playback & audio meters are in the centre

My effects and media browser etc.... are laid out on the left.

Within preferences/playback I can enable my right monitor to be a fullscreen video playback but it's a lot of effort to turn on and off if I want to use the right monitor for other things. 

Is there a way to bind the fullscreen playback on the right monitor so I can toggle it on and off instantaneously? 

It doesn't appear to be linked to the workspace settings as I've tried making two workspaces with & without the fullscreen playback to toggle between.
