Duplicate IDs in Production - consolidate won't work

I am working in Production on a feature doc and I am concerned with an issue for which I can't find a solution.

This issue shows itself in multiple ways. It seems a linking issue and an ID issue:
1 - some clips that are already spread in multiple timelines can be erased from the project panel without Premiere showing the usual warning. If I erase that clip, the asset on the timelines does not disappear.

2 - the same asset - in the project panel and in a stringout - that seems to have multiple IDs, if I "revel in finder" it points to the same correct clip. 

3 - some of the assets that present this issue won't go offline for me to relink them.

4 - when I try to reveal in the project some of the clips, says that the asset has been erased and asks me to look in other projects - still the clip is online and if i reveal in finder it still points to the asset.

I tried to put these assets offline and relink them.

I tried to Consolidate duplicates.

We have a bunch of multi-cams and the issue shows with this type of clip. 

I am afraid that clips will start disappearing in projects as seems that are not linked to the media, or even worst...

Have you encountered anything like this hell?
