duplicate program monitors

Is there a way to have a second program monitor? I am editing a multi cam sequence and desperately want to have the shots on one monitor and the live on another… not the playback. I want the program monitors to be showing different things at the same time

There is a way to do this, but it requires one of your monitors to be full screen.

    1. Go to Premiere Pro > Settings > Playback, tick Enable Mercury Transmit, and enable one of your monitors (for example, Monitor 1) for Transmit Device Playback. This sends the full Program Monitor output to Monitor 1.
    2. Click the Settings (wrench icon) in the Program Monitor and enable Multi-Camera.
    3. In the same menu, disable Show Multi-Camera Preview Monitor. This turns off the live preview in the Program Monitor on Monitor 2.
