Dust on lense

I have footage of a helicopter lift and there are somehow flecks of dust on the lense of my camera. I am trying to figure out a program that might be able to hep without making that area too blurry because the camera is moving and capturing multiple subjects.

It's possible the content aware fill opiton in After Effects could work.

Alternatively BorisFX has "BCC Dust and Scratches" or the "BCC Pixel Fixer".

Personaly I have used Mocha Pro for doing this before but it's a bit more involved.
