Dynamic Link between Premiere and AE not being able to relink Essential Graphics/MOGRT Files/Comps

Hey! So I've been working on this video, all was well without any issues, and now a day later, on the same version, when I open the Premiere Project, all my After Effects compositions/MOGRT Essential Graphics files are stuck "pending" and "relocating media" while the files are still there locally. When I go and manually click on locate media and open the files, the "Connecting to dynamic link" pop up window opens up but is just stuck infinitely looping and seemingly not doing anything.. Any tips on how I could remedy this? Both Premiere and After are on the latest 24.4.1 version so that shouldn't be an issue. On Windows 11.

    After trying to reinstall older versions of Premiere/After Effects, saving new files, restarting, installing new drivers, the way I found to fix this issue was to Run Premiere Pro as an Administrator, no idea why, but dynamic link works better when I launched Pr as Admin.

    That was sadly a temporary fix. Reinstalling both AE and Pr to version 24.0 fixed the issue.
