Dynamic link doesn`t work anymore

I am working on Premiere project with importet After Effects compositions. On Version CC2017 everything worked well, but suddenly

when opening the project, Premiere could not connect to AE anymore. Then I updated to version 2018, still the same problem!

When I open this project on a friend`s computer (with 2017) it works! Why not on my computer??

Legend

Open the AE project in 2018. Save it as a new version.

Open the PP project in 2018 and Replace all the linked comps to the comps in the newly saved AE project.

I tried this, and nothing changed. It still has the same issue: "File Input Failure"

Any other solution? Is there any other way of getting in contact with Adobe than this?

Do we really pay for our licenses every month for this kind of support??
