Dynamic Link not updating properly

Hi there. I hope y'all are ending a good year.

Here's the thing.
Win 10 2H2,  12 cores, 64GB RAM, all updated, working perfectly.  Premiere Pro, Media Encoder and After Effects, all 24.0.3 Build 2;
I have several Premiere Pro projects (different products, same campaign), each containing around 20 linked AE compositions. Dynamic Link works flawlessly: I can go to "edit original", and switch back and forth, seeing the changes in Premiere instantly. It plays back reasonably well, considering the ton of effects and layers.
BUT
When I send the sequence to AME for rendering, some of the compositions of some of the projects (let's say 3 comps out of 45), will render a previous version, not reflecting the latest changes nor the viewport in Premiere nor After Effects.
What do I know?
- Nothing's rendered, all is on RAM.
- I purge RAM and Adobe Media Cache, both RAM and disk, before rendering.
- I can see perfectly well the latest changes all around, even in the AME preview.
- Renders aren't using more than 40% of the installed capacity of the computer.

Additionally, sometimes (around 10%), AME just stops rendering, it's not dead, it's still using resources, the computer does not freeze, it simply stops advancing. I can reset the state and restart the rendering and it will work most of the times.

Are any of you guys having the same problem?

Yea, I know we'd all like to have the "Dynamic Link" between Pr/Ae work as smoothly as the "Direct Link" (a different process) between Pr and SpeedGrade ... before they killed SpeedGrade.

But it's not nearly as reliable. Especially with that many comps.

Even on my smaller projects, for sanity's sake, I normally finish the comp, export a clip from Ae, and replace the comp in Pr as you mention. Just ... it works without glitches.

Hi, Neil.
Yes, yes I did.

So far, no workaround other than rendering in AE and importing in Pr, overlaying the comp as prerender.

Have you tried going to Me's Preferences, and deselecting "import sequences natively" ...?

That solves a number of Me export issues, not sure why, but worth a try.
