Dynamic Link Not working

Question

Since the latest update October 2022, Dynamic Link hasn't worked for Premiere 2022, AE 2022, and the new AE 2023.  I use Microsoft OS 10 and I had no issues before, but right now I can't do any editing or effects.  When I try to bring up a project, the Dynamic Link sits there like it's going to open.  Nothing happens and it just sits there for hours on end.  This is costing me money.

DL can be a pain, yea.

One of the more common ways to fix this for a pairing (as it only works with paired builds) is to uninstall Pr & Ae of that specific version, then reboot. Reinstall Pr, then with it open, reinstall Ae. If that doesn't work, do the same process but installing Ae first and with it open when installing Pr.

And the build numbers for the pair need to match.
