Dynamic Transition Editing Breakdown (Music Video Effects) Technique/Style question

Hello!

I am interested in finding out more about the names of these film effects used in music video festival recaps. I have linked an example where you can see transitions blend between locations and some overlays involved. If you know the name of these type of effects and if it is achievable in Adobe or if I should consider looking at preset bundles?

While some may include some actual effects or bundled "transition" packages, many are probably simply editing skills on display. Such as perhaps spinning (fast rotation) while zooming, throwing an explosion on an upper track with low opacity over it, while cutting to next clip.

Everyone's mileage always varies ...

Thanks for your input!

At the start of that video I shared, there seemed to be an effect I liked that is the background scenery fading out transitioning to the next shot, a bit like a film burn effect but it's not a burn or really a dissolve, still looking out for the name of that transition.
