Earthquake or shake effect

There's no easy way to do it in Premiere without keyframing your position and maybe rotation. If you look around on the internet, there are third party plugins and presets that can do it. Here's one https://www.cinecom.net/designer-packs/ultimate-earthquake/ But there are others out there too.
