ease in and ease out shortcuts not working

Hello,

I wanna press 8 and 9 to ease in and ease out in the keyframe section (I'm lefthanded thats why 8 and 9).

This is extremly important because it saves a ton of time. For some reason its not working.
Can someone give me a fix for that?

Please show screenshot of kbsc settings.

Most likely set them for the timeline instead of the Effect controls.
