Écran vert, Fichier corrompu

J'ai téléchargé un vidéo via youtube (MP4).

J'essai de l'ouvrir avec des logiciel Adobe (After effect, Première et Encoder), le vidéo qui m'apparais n'est qu'un écran vert, comme si le fichier était illisible.

Je réussi à ouvrir le fichier vidéo de façon normale dans des logiciel tels que VLC ou Windows media player.

Je comprend pas comment corriger le problème.

Pr is an editor, AE is a FX program that is not the same as vlc which is just a player.

Make sure your files are compatible with the program.
