Question

"edit clip in adobe audition" from adobe premiere isn't working

I'm working on an Adobe Premiere project and trying to use the "Edit Clip in adobe audition" option for an audio clip, but it's not working. when I click on it, the loading bar pops up, but disappears almost instantly, and nothing happens. It doesn't even create an extracted file.

I'm using the 25.2.3 version of premiere, and the 25.2 version of audition. But even the earlier versions of either apps didn't work.

Any solutions?

Hi defaultlyf5m314nev3,

Sorry to hear about this. Is this happening with any specific clip/project or all of them? Let us know the OS that you are using.

Thanks,

Sumeet

I'm on windows 11

And the issue seems to be universal, no matter which clip I bring into Adobe Premeire, it wont transfer to Audition

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
