Edit Mixed Frame Rate Video

I have 90% of the footagse shoot with 23.976fps and 10% footage shoot with 24fps. So I think I should create a sequence with 23.976fps so is that ok if I just put the 24 fps footage on the 23.976's timeline? or should I modify the 24 fps footages
