Edit stroke properties on multiple shapes?

I have about 1200 individual shapes on multiple tracks of a project - I now need to change the stroke width and stroke alignment for all of them at once, but can't find a way to do this.

When I select all the shapes I want to edit, the Essential Graphics properties disappear, so I am guessing that Premier Pro does not allow batch editing for shapes. There also does not seem to be any way of creating a style preset that I can apply to all the shapes (and stroke properties do not appear in "Paste Attributes").

Is it possible, or am I going to have to edit every single shape separately?

I can't think of a way of doing this.

I did think it might be possible to batch modify the underlying XML of the project file but the values aren't presented in an obvious way in the XML.
