Editing 2 different video sources ?

Problem:

Video from my GoPro saying unsupported file compression when trying to drag footage to the time line , it is MP4.

The footage from phone is MP4 and it drages in to the time line just fine.

I've used my GoPro before?

Try transcoding with Handbrake or Shutter Encoder.

Is that a setting in the program?

I have a different issue I'm editing video I shot with my Qalaxy 21 Ultra . I see the audio track but I can't hear the audio when I play the sequence? I hate having these issues when I'm doing these vary simple videos !! frustrating

Sequence > Render audio
