Editing troubleshooting

Question

Hi guysim not sure of specific working, however when im editing the footage is stop starting.I have noticed in these areas above the footage editing bar there is a red line.i assume this is the problem?IF someone could please help me fix this issue that would be great help thankyou

That indicates Premiere doesn't think it can playback that section of the sequence without dropping frames.

So you can "render" that section to previews, or cut your display resolution setting down to 1/4 or 1/8 in the Program monitor settings. Or create proxies.
