Editing Video Captured Of Welding Activity

I captured some welding activity done with recording glasses under a weld hood. Naturally the video comes as a bright flash. We would like to edit the footage to show the welding process better for training visuals.

 

I am unfamiliar with Adobe Premiere Pro when it comes to this and if this is even a possibility with the software. Can anyone point me in the right direction if this is possible to edit the bright flash using the software to show the welding process better?

That's a tough one. You can't use auto exposure on you camera, you have to set the exposure while the torch is on. Then you might be able to play with the recordings in Premiere.
