EDL File Relative Path

I want to use the EDL files and import them into Adobe Premiere Pro. But I want the files to be located in the same directory as the project itself.

Here is the EDL file below, but when I import them in the newly created project, Premiere Pro cannot locate them, is there any chance to use only the filename and no path associated with it ?

Premiere doesn't normally relink EDLs automatically, at least not in my experience.

Once you've imported it and chosen a sequence format, you'll need to right-click on the sequence in the project panel and choose Relink. Then you select your files and let it link them into the sequence.
