EDL import error at event 1 - skipped ???

i just EDL file to Premiere 2023. and this error event pop up and can not import timeline properly.

it is just TIFF(32bit) images and MP4 file is in there edl. this edl can not import Tiff image sequence...

this edl can only import MP4 file... it works some days ago... strange...

what is problem? i do this in Winodws... MAC... all the same problem...
