Effect Controls in Another Language When Using Templates

Hi there!
I'm using Premiere Pro v25.4.1, and am having an issue when using some templates from Adobe Stock. I suspect it's because they're maybe set-up in another language, but when I go to use them, the settings don't translate into English. 

The example I've attached is for a template I downloaded a while ago, and the settings for it are in Korean. Is there a way I can change them to English?
